Covenant Baptism

Chapter 16 of Acts presents the transition from the former covenant sign of circumcision to the new covenant sign of baptism. Today’s Scripture passage shows how the Lord works conversion by opening the heart, and then the new believer and their household are welcomed into the covenant community.
