Ephesians 1:19-23

The life of faith for the Christian is not a matter of letting go and letting God. Rather, we are called to live by the unlimited power of God in Christ that we already possess by virtue of our union with Christ. This is manifest in today’s text as Christ’s power to save, his power to reign over all creation and his power to build his church.
