The church will provide drinks and dessert, please bring an ample dish to share with your brothers and sisters in Christ. —Letter from the Temporary Session The temporary session presented their report to the presbytery on March 7, which means copies of the letter they wrote to the congregation can be distributed. If you would like a copy of that letter, please let me know and I’ll make sure you get it. —Congregational Meeting Results from 3/8/26 The congregation voted to sustain the purchasing process with Rock Family Church. Just a reminder, that does not mean we have voted to purchase the property, but rather to continue the negotiating process. Here are the two specific motions that the congregation voted to pass: 1. The Mercy Church Property Committee recommends that we sustain the purchasing process pending the resolution of the following items: Removal of 50 year resale clause 2. The property committee also try to address the following issues: New appraisal at or above listed value or if below, renegotiate price Address default window duration —Men’s Make Your Own Knife Event March 27 and 28 Date and time: March 27th 7:30pm (Friday night): Cut handles to size and glue March 28th 2:00pm (Saturday afternoon): Shape handles Location: Nathan Garrett’s house (see Discord or call 909.455.8860) Supplies: You probably will want supply your own blade. There are some links on Discord with examples. If you don’t get around to it, you could always refresh an old steak or kitchen knife.
