Dave Felton
Deacon
My family and I began attending Mercy Church in early 2021 and were immediately encouraged by the warmth and genuine care we experienced from the church family. My wife, Mary, and I have three children—Anna, Graham, and Aaron. It has been a privilege to serve as a deacon since 2025.
I work as a physical therapist at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Outside of work, I enjoy music, especially playing the drums and a little guitar. I also enjoy both playing and watching sports, particularly basketball, tennis, pickleball, and soccer. And I am of course a big Mountaineer fan. As a family, we love spending time outdoors hiking, paddleboarding, and camping together.
One of the things I appreciate most about Mercy is the opportunity to help people feel welcomed, supported, and at home. I believe the church is a place where we bear one another’s burdens, encourage one another in the faith, and grow together as followers of Christ.
