1 Samuel 10:17-27

The remaining vestiges of sin cloud our vision and judgment, like swimming in murky water.  But our God brings his people clarity and vision.  Like the people of Israel, we are often fickle in our choices and we tend toward what’s not good for us.  Yet Yahweh, our true king, is faithful to choose a people for himself and provide us with clarity regarding what a blessed life looks like.
