Announcements – June 20th

“For the human race had utterly perished, had not the Master and Saviour of all, the Son of God, come among us to put an end to death.”
“”A marvellous and wonderful thing has indeed happened; for the death which they thought to inflict on Him as a dishonour, this became an honourable trophy over death itself.”
—Athanasius

—Men’s Bible Study + Discord Help
We’re looking to start a weekly men’s Bible study in early July! The goal is simple: spend time in God’s Word together, encourage one another, and build stronger Christian community with other men in the church. No prep or homework required — just come ready to read Scripture, discuss, and pray together.
We’re currently soliciting the best days/times through emoji voting in Discord, so be sure to check there and vote if you’re interested.
Also, if you’ve been meaning to get on Discord but haven’t set it up yet, Bryan Cox will be available after the service to help get you connected.

—Supporting the Brooks Family (update)
Evelynn Laura Brooks was born! She was 19.5 inches long and 6lb 9oz. Everyone is home, doing pretty well, and receiving.

The Ladies of Mercy are collecting diapers of various sizes as a gift for the Brooks family. Cynthia is scheduled for a C-section on June 8, and we would love to support their growing family in this small way.
Please bring any diaper donations on one of the upcoming Sundays, and we will have a designated collection area available.

—Children’s Ministry Donations
The children’s ministry is accepting donations of gently used items in good condition:
• 3–4 sheets to cover bean bag chairs
• Age-appropriate toys for babies and toddlers
• Board books for preschool-aged children
If you have any of these items to donate, please bring them on a Sunday morning.
